- Orders will be delivered to the best of our ability.
- The normal delivery lead time is 48 hours, but we will do our best to deliver at the earliest as possible.
- We will communicate directly by whatsapp/phone to confirm day and time of the delivery.
- Pre-order is accepted but cannot exceed 2 weeks due to product expiry date for chilled item.
- We offer delivery to most common districts in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. For Lama Island, Peng Chau, Cheng Chau and South Lantau Mui Wo, products will have to be collected from Central Pier
- All orders to Lantau island (Discovery Bay/Tong Chung) we will deliver once per month, this rule can be changed if we can consolidate more orders to cover entrance fee/parking fee and long distance.
- Also, Ma On Shan/Sheung Shui/Tai Po, only 1 delivery per month.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery if the recipient is not available.
- We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer’s request.
- Delivery vehicle must be able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address.
- Delivery is only available up to 2nd floor for apartments without lift; above charges would occur $10 per floor.
- If the order contains alcohol, please ensure that the receiving party is at least 18 years of age.
- If you are unable to take delivery of the order please arrange for an alternative date
- Please note that for the safety of our delivery staff, we will not be able to make deliveries in the event of a black storm warning or the hoisting of typhoon signal 8
- After confirmation of delivery time, our driver will contact you 30 minutes prior to the delivery on the day of delivery.
- if customer is not at home to collect the order, we will try to contact you for instruction either to leave your order in front of the door or reschedule another delivery date….our driver won’t wait over 15 minutes to ensure his delivery schedule.
- Kindly notice that if you are living in a walk-up building or in the event of a lift breakdown during delivery, customer must pick-up his order downstairs. If you really need assistance, you can negotiate with our delivery staff to pay a fee/ floor.
Although we maintain strict controls over our products, mishaps inevitably happen.
- We encourage you to check whether the delivery is satisfactory and complete at the time of delivery.
- If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to the driver in original packaging, or report within 24h our company by email or whatsapp to fix the problem. We will either provide a full refund by credit note on your account or replacement for any item that we have confirmed that is faulty.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty.
- It is the responsibility of the recipient to check that goods are received in good order.
- If there is any damage to products, this will have to be confirmed on the day with the delivery driver.
- If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us by whatsapp. We are always happy to receive feedback and will aim to resolve any disputes in an amicable manner.
