Selection of vegetables pre-cuted at the ideal size for the preparation of ratatouille: eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, green and red bell peppers. Cook for 20 minutes at medium heat in a large sauce pan, with olive oil and your preferred seasoning (thym, basil, parsley, garlic, onion...)
