The ‘ravioles de Royan’ is a traditional recipe from Dauphiny region in France. This mountain recipe is made of Comte cheese, cream, herbs and spices. The small size of the ‘ravioles’ (about 2cm) makes it a very refine recipe. Enjoy with a light body red wine or a dry white wine from Savoy.
